Fashion Trends

Hello Blogger's!! Yes, this is surprising I'm finally posting. I truly apologize for not being consistent with my blog, it was high school graduation plus starting a new chapter in college. I know you don't want to sit there and here about my wallows, you want to here about fashion, so lets get to it shall we!! So the topic that is at hand for today's post will be about Fashion Trends.

 



Fashion trends is a specific kind of garment, color, or print that society will wear for the current year. For example, NYFW (which took place in New York during the first full week of September) had a lot of well known designers have  collections that looks like the picture shown above. The first outfit is a plaid romper & jacket paired with orange sunglasses and a pair of suede orange & deep blue criss-cross pumps. This outfit is unique because the mixture with the black, white, blue, and orange colors blended in very well plus it incorporated dark colors along with the light. The second garment is a gray & orange dress with circles cut into the fabric plus a gold tuxedo shoe is paired with the dress. The garment is unique because of the architectural view of this dress along with mixing summer colors( like gold & orange) with a dark winter color. The third garment is a orange ombre dress with tiny crystals embellished in the top to the knee length area of the dress. The element that made this very unique is the color translation along with the sparkle factor of this dress. The forth outfit is a burgundy turtle neck paired with a gold blazer and a orange skirt with black platform sandal heels. This is very catching to the eye because the gold and  orange gives it a pop of color while the burgundy and black blended well with the other colors. The final outfit is a multi-colored dress paired with a tan coat with multiple prints, and a tan knee-high leather boot. The is unique for the reason of the different prints matched the color scheme and the tan acts as a blend color to make the outfit looks seamless and smoother.
















Usually fashion trends repeat itself every 4-6 years. For example, the fanny pack. The fanny pack was a trend sensation back in the 80s. Now a days designers are using this trend and incorporating their own style into the fanny pack. I can go on and on about different fashion trends that repeats itself along the years, but I just wanted to provide a general example of what I am talking about.

     The advice I have for you on how to deal with fashion trends is to analyze them and go for it. If a certain fashion trend pops up and it doesn't particularly fit your sense of style then that okay, don't do it. If it does then be  apart of the movement.
